10. Add ASUS Auto-start Service Manager:
‧ Prevent unwanted apps from automatically starting up and using RAM
‧ Stop services immediately and prevent Android from restarting these apps again
11. Add system font change feature
‧ Add [Font style] option under [Settings]->[Device]->[Display] to change system font
Please notice that this upgrade will cause some problems of ASUS Contacts widget.
1. Before upgrade, add 4*1 ASUS Contacts widget to Home; after upgrade, the ASUS Contacts widget will always show “loading”.
Solution: Remove old 4*1 ASUS Contacts widget and re-add new 4*1 ASUS Contacts widget to Home.
2. After upgrade, the information in 4*3 ASUS Contacts widget will disappear.
Solution: Re-add information into 4*3 ASUS Contacts widget.
***Downgrade SOP: KK image v 11.2.5.26
Please note: This downgrade will need to do factory reset, user data will be erased.
MTP update
1. Download WW_11.2.5.26 UpdateLauncher(UL-A86-WW-11.2.5.26-user) from ASUS website.
2. Using MTP connecting A86 with PC.
3. Copy KK UL file into internal storage of A86.
4. Power off then enter recovery mode (press “power key” +”volume down” key to enter recovery mode.)
5. On A86 device :using volume key to Select “apply update from internal storage” , press power key to enter
6. Select into /data/media/0 (in recovery mode of device)
7. Find the UL file (UL-A86-WW-11.2.5.26-user), press power key to select file then update.
8. After finishing update, system will reboot automatically. Please enter recovery mode again. (press “power key” +”volume down” key to enter recovery mode.)
9. Select “wipe data/factory reset”.
10. Select “reboot system now”. Download
