*Special notice: This upgrade patch only allows to upgrade from Android 11 WW-30.13.35.8 version to Android 12. The other firmware version can't use this patch file to upgrade. Improved Item:
1. Please back up your data before upgrading to Android 12. If you want to downgrade the software version to Android 11 by official software package, it will erase all data from your device.
2. Upgraded system to Android 12
3. Revamped Mobile Manager, Contacts, Phone, File Manager, Calculator, Clock, Gallery, Weather, Sound recorder, Settings, Data Transfer, Local backup, Setup wizard, System update apps
4. Adjusted Quick Settings panel, notification tray, and volume panel to Android 12 design
5. Added privacy dashboard, camera and microphone indicators, show clipboard access, approximate location access, and microphone access features
6. Replaced ASUS Safeguard with Android 12 Emergency SOS
7. Introduced new widget page design in Launcher. Adjusted the position of the screenshot option and removed the hotseat app icons in the Overview page.
8. Removed the Quick Settings layout option in the Display settings
9. ASUS Phone removed SIP calling support as Android 12 does not natively support SIP calling
10. Some 3rd party apps are not compatible with Android 12 yet

ZenFone 8 Flip (ZS672KS) Software downgrade from Android 12 to target Image Version: WW-30.13.35.11 (Android 11) for WW SKU only.
※ Before you start the downgrade, please make sure all pictures, important data finished the backup.
The downgrade process will erase all data to be a new system. ASUS company would not not be responsible for the risk of data loss. Steps of Update:
1. Download the firmware to internal storage.
2. Remove Google Account.
3. Pull down the quick setting list.
4. The system will pop up a message which detected a firmware update info.
5. Execute the downgrade firmware file.
* If you skip step 5, and you don't know how to trigger the downgrade process again. Please reboot the system, and the downgrade info will pop up again.
